Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small value a website asks a browser to store and return with later requests. Local storage and session storage are browser features that keep information on the device without sending it automatically with every request. This policy covers all three.

Public-site storage we currently use

• Inquiry list: local storage remembers selected product identifiers, names, SKUs, links, images, and quantities so the list can persist between visits on the same browser. It remains until submitted, cleared in the site, or removed through browser controls.
• Chat transcript: session storage keeps up to the configured recent messages so closing and reopening the chatbot does not erase the current conversation. Session storage normally ends when the browser tab or browsing session ends.
• Chat verification: a secure, HTTP-only cookie named abd_chat_verified records successful bot verification for about 20 minutes and is limited to the public chat API path. Related verification timing may also be kept in session storage.
• Security and rate limiting: the server and its providers process request identifiers, IP-derived identifiers, timestamps, user-agent, approximate country, and counters to detect abuse and enforce configured limits. These records are not advertising profiles.

Cloudflare Turnstile

The public contact form and chatbot use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate activity from automated abuse. Turnstile may process browser, device, network, interaction, and challenge information and may use necessary cookies or similar storage under Cloudflare's privacy and security documentation.

Turnstile is a security service, not an advertising feature. If it cannot load, the protected submission may be unavailable until the connection, browser setting, or security challenge succeeds.

Administrative cookies

Authorized administrators use secure authentication cookies to access restricted management pages. These cookies are not used to track public visitors and are necessary for account security and access control.

Analytics and advertising

As of the date above, the public site does not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site behavioral advertising trackers, or a production visitor-analytics cookie. Hosting, security, and application services may still create operational logs needed to deliver and protect the site.

If we introduce nonessential analytics or advertising technology, we will update this policy and add any notice, consent, or opt-out control required by law before using it.

Your controls

Browser settings allow you to inspect, block, or delete cookies and site storage. Clearing local storage removes the saved inquiry list from that browser; clearing session storage removes the local chatbot transcript. Blocking essential security or session storage may prevent the chatbot, contact form, inquiry list, or administrator sign-in from working.

Because we do not currently sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising, there is no advertising opt-out cookie on this site. We will recognize legally required universal opt-out signals if we begin processing data in a way to which those signals apply.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when storage technology or its purpose materially changes. The date above identifies the current version.
