Payment terms

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due before dispatch. Where net terms have been granted, invoices are payable within the agreed period, and overdue balances may be subject to late fees and to suspension of further shipments.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABD Trading LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including lost profits or business interruption — arising from use of the site or from a delay in delivery. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law
