Agreement and scope

By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Additional terms may apply to a quote, accepted order, service agreement, or third-party marketplace transaction.

If a signed business agreement or written order confirmation conflicts with these terms, the more specific transaction document controls for that transaction. Nothing in these terms waives a consumer protection, privacy, warranty, refund, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Catalogue and inquiries; no website checkout

This website provides product information, product discovery, an inquiry list, and customer communication. It does not currently accept payment or complete a sale. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve inventory, fix a price, create credit terms, or require either party to proceed.

The chatbot may help locate catalogue products but can be incomplete or mistaken. Its response is not a quote, professional advice, confirmation of compatibility, live inventory status, warranty promise, or acceptance of an order.

Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter the transaction you request. If you act for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to provide its information and bind it to an accepted order or agreement.

Acceptable use

Use the site only for lawful product research, inquiries, and communications. You may not interfere with security or availability; bypass access controls, bot checks, or rate limits; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; submit deceptive or unlawful content; impersonate another person; or scrape, copy, or automate requests at a volume that harms the service or violates applicable law.

Product information, pricing, and availability

Descriptions, specifications, images, compatibility information, and suggested uses may come from manufacturers or suppliers. We work to present accurate information, but catalogue content can contain errors or become outdated. Verify material requirements before purchase.

Catalogue status is not live inventory, and displayed information is not a binding offer. Direct-order pricing, stock, shipping, taxes, payment terms, product condition, and warranty coverage are established by the applicable quote or order confirmation. We may correct an obvious error before accepting an order.

Orders and marketplace purchases

A direct contract is formed only when ABD Trading LLC accepts the order in writing or otherwise confirms acceptance in the agreed manner. We may decline an inquiry or proposed order for a lawful reason, including stock limits, supplier restrictions, suspected fraud, inability to verify information, export restrictions, or a pricing error.

A purchase completed through a third-party marketplace is also governed by that marketplace's checkout, payment, shipping, return, and dispute terms. The marketplace is responsible for its own platform and privacy practices.

Payment, taxes, and commercial terms

Payment method, due date, taxes, shipping charges, credit approval, and any late-payment terms are disclosed in the transaction documents before acceptance. Do not send payment-card or banking credentials through the site forms or chatbot.

Wholesale, resale, fulfillment, and other commercial services may require a separate agreement covering minimums, cancellation, inspection, credit, risk of loss, service levels, and other business terms.

Shipping, returns, warranties, and privacy

The Shipping, Returns, Warranty, and Privacy policies are incorporated into these terms where relevant. Product-specific or marketplace terms may supplement them. Where a conflict concerns a nonwaivable legal right, applicable law controls.

Intellectual property

The site's original design, text, software, and imagery are owned by or licensed to ABD Trading LLC and are protected by applicable law. You may use the site for its intended purpose but may not reproduce, republish, sell, or create a competing dataset from protected content without permission or another lawful basis.

Product names, trademarks, manufacturer content, and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies products or compatibility and does not by itself state sponsorship or endorsement.

Site availability and disclaimers

We may maintain, secure, update, suspend, or discontinue part of the site. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its informational content are provided on an 'as available' basis without a promise that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.

This website disclaimer does not disclaim an express or implied warranty for consumer goods, a written product warranty, or another right or remedy that Maryland law or other applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from use or unavailability of the website when those damages were not reasonably foreseeable. Any order-specific allocation of risk appears in the applicable transaction documents.

No limitation applies to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury where liability cannot be limited, infringement, a payment obligation, or any consumer or statutory liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to marketplaces, manufacturers, carriers, or other third parties. We do not control their sites, content, availability, or independent practices. A link is not a guarantee or endorsement, and your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms.

Maryland law and disputes

These terms and direct transactions with ABD Trading LLC are governed by Maryland law and applicable federal law, without applying a conflict-of-law rule that would defeat mandatory protections. Subject to any forum right that cannot be waived, proceedings concerning these terms may be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Maryland.

Before filing a claim, the parties are encouraged to contact one another and attempt a good-faith resolution. This informal step does not shorten a legal limitations period or prevent a consumer from contacting a regulator or using a remedy available by law.

Severability, waiver, and changes

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver.

We may update these terms prospectively. The date above identifies the current version. The version accepted for an order does not change retroactively unless the parties agree or the law requires it.
