Manufacturer-backed coverage

Every product we supply is genuine and sourced through authorized channels, so it carries the manufacturer's own warranty in full. The length and terms of that warranty are set by the manufacturer and vary by brand and product line — commonly one to three years from the date of purchase.

ABD Trading does not shorten, extend, or substitute the manufacturer's warranty. Where a brand offers a registration step that extends coverage, we recommend completing it as soon as the goods arrive.

What is covered

Manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

• Components that fail without external cause.
• Manufacturing faults present at the time of delivery.
• Firmware or assembly faults acknowledged by the manufacturer.

What is not covered

• Accidental damage, liquid damage, and damage from power surges.
• Normal wear, including battery capacity loss over time.
• Damage from unauthorized repair, modification, or non-approved accessories.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect function.
• Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers.

Making a claim

Contact us with your order number, the product serial number, and a clear description of the fault — photographs or a short video of the problem usually speed the process considerably.

We will confirm whether the claim is handled directly by us or by the manufacturer's service network, and give you the reference you need either way. Some brands require the claim to go to their own service center; we will tell you and stay involved until it is resolved.

Faults on arrival

A product that is faulty when it arrives is handled as a return, not a warranty claim — it is faster. See the Returns page and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
