Shipping

How ABD Trading LLC prepares, dispatches, and tracks orders shipped across the United States.

Where we ship

We ship to business and residential addresses throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Deliveries to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses are handled case by case — contact us before ordering so we can confirm carrier coverage.

International shipping is arranged on request for wholesale volumes only. Duties, taxes, and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Processing time

In-stock orders placed before the daily cut-off on a business day are picked and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Wholesale and palletized orders are scheduled with you directly, because lead time depends on quantity and on whether the goods ship from our own inventory or from a supplier.

Delivery estimates

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin the day after dispatch, not the day the order is placed.

  • Ground — typically 2 to 6 business days depending on distance.
  • Expedited — typically 2 to 3 business days.
  • Overnight — next business day where the carrier services the destination.
  • Freight and LTL — scheduled with you before dispatch.

Shipping costs

Retail shipping is quoted at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Wholesale shipping is quoted per order as part of your pricing, and consolidated shipments are usually the cheapest option for repeat buyers.

Tracking your order

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans the shipment. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the number is issued — this is normal and does not mean the shipment is delayed.

Delays, damage, and lost shipments

Carriers occasionally miss their estimates because of weather, volume, or address problems. If a shipment has not moved for several business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier on your behalf.

Inspect every delivery before signing for it. Note any visible damage on the carrier's paperwork and photograph the packaging — claims are far harder to win without it. Report damage or shortages within 48 hours of delivery.
