Scope of this policy

This policy applies to orders that ABD Trading LLC accepts directly. If you buy through an online marketplace, that marketplace's shipping terms, delivery estimates, and buyer-protection process also apply. A signed wholesale agreement or written order confirmation may contain order-specific terms, but it does not replace rights that cannot be waived by law.

This website is a product catalogue and inquiry service; it does not currently take payment or complete checkout. Shipping dates, charges, and the delivery address are confirmed before a direct order becomes binding.

Where we ship

We ship to eligible business and residential addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Carrier restrictions may apply to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hazardous materials, oversized products, and certain destinations. Contact us before ordering if the destination has special requirements.

International and export shipments are considered individually. Unless a written quote says otherwise, the buyer is responsible for import eligibility, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and brokerage charges.

Processing and shipment dates

A quote or order confirmation will state the applicable availability and expected shipment timing. In-stock parcel orders may be eligible for same-business-day dispatch when confirmed before the communicated cut-off. Weekends, holidays, payment verification, address checks, supplier lead times, and freight preparation can extend processing.

Any date that is not expressly confirmed as guaranteed is an estimate. We maintain a reasonable basis for stated shipment dates and will contact you if we cannot ship within the promised time or, when no shipment time was stated, within the period required by applicable law.

Delivery estimates and charges

Transit estimates begin after the carrier accepts the shipment. Typical services may include ground delivery in approximately 2 to 6 business days, expedited delivery, overnight delivery where available, and scheduled freight or LTL delivery. Carrier estimates are not guarantees unless the selected service expressly says they are.

Shipping charges are disclosed in the quote, invoice, marketplace checkout, or order confirmation before purchase. Charges may depend on destination, weight, dimensions, service level, insurance, accessorial services, and whether shipments are consolidated.

Tracking, address changes, and delivery

When tracking is available, we send it to the email associated with the order. A newly issued number may take up to 24 hours to show carrier movement.

Review the shipping address before confirming an order. Address changes are not guaranteed after release to the warehouse, and the carrier may charge rerouting or redelivery fees. Risk of loss and title are governed by the applicable order terms and law; a tracking scan alone does not remove any nonwaivable customer remedy.

Delays and cancellation rights

If shipment is delayed beyond the promised time, we will provide a revised estimate and any cancellation or refund option required by applicable law. For covered consumer orders, we will seek consent to a material delay when required; if you do not consent, or if we cannot ship, we will cancel and issue a prompt refund of amounts paid for the unshipped goods.

Damage, shortages, and missing shipments

Inspect deliveries promptly. If practical, note visible damage on the carrier record and keep the product, packaging, shipping label, and photographs while we investigate. Contact us within 48 hours whenever possible so we can preserve carrier-claim evidence. Missing that reporting target does not waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

If tracking shows no movement, delivery to the wrong location, damage, or a shortage, email us with the order number and supporting details. We will coordinate the appropriate carrier trace, replacement, repair, or refund based on the order terms and applicable law.
